1. How long does it take to receive my portrait?

You’ll receive your custom digital portrait within 24–48 hours after we receive your photo.

2. How will I receive my portrait?

We deliver your portrait as a high-resolution digital file via email.
This way, you can use it as a wallpaper, print it, or share it online.

3. What kind of photo should I upload?

For the best results, upload a clear, well-lit photo of your pet where their face is visible.
Natural light works best!

4. Can I order portraits for more than one pet?

Yes! You can add multiple portraits to your order, or select our bundle offers for a discount.

5. What if I’m not happy with the result?

Your satisfaction matters to us! If something doesn’t look right, we’ll happily adjust your portrait until you love it.

6. Do you offer physical prints?

Currently, we deliver digital portraits only, but we’re working on print options soon (posters, canvas, etc.).

7. Do you accept all animals?

Absolutely! Dogs, cats, rabbits, parrots – any pet is welcome. We love them all. 🐶🐱🐦🐰
